3. It's been 12 working days and I still haven't received my parcel?
We are sorry this happened... Have you checked the Track & Trace code? It can happen that packages are held up in customs. Please wait another 3 days. We apologise for the inconvenience, but in 99% of cases the parcel will still be delivered. Waited 5 working days plus 3 more days? Contact us and we will find a solution together.
4. Can I cancel or modify my order?
