3. It's been 12 working days and I still haven't received my parcel?

We are sorry this happened... Have you checked the Track & Trace code? It can happen that packages are held up in customs. Please wait another 3 days. We apologise for the inconvenience, but in 99% of cases the parcel will still be delivered. Waited 5 working days plus 3 more days? Contact us and we will find a solution together.

4. Can I cancel or modify my order?

We are aware that plans may change. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.
